A student from Xian Conservatory of Music (northwest) and piano virtuoso, was sentenced to death by a provincial court for injuries and murder after stabbing of a young mother who was riding a bicycle, reported the official Xinhua news agency.
As stated in the trial, Yao Jiaxin, 21, stabbed the rider Zhang Miao, who was not seriously injured by the fall caused an outrage after midnight last October because he was afraid to remind the license plate number and ask for higher compensation.
